KURU Nature will provide all necessary export documentation to assist with the import clearance process.
Distributor Role
As a KURU Nature distributor, you will be responsible for:
- Marketing KURU Nature products in your assigned territory
- Maintaining adequate inventory to meet regional demand
- Managing regional sales and distribution channels
- Providing customer support at the local level
Minimum Purchase Commitment
Distributors must meet minimum purchase requirements as agreed upon in the distributor contract.
Purchase commitments will be reviewed periodically and may be revised based on market performance and mutual agreement.

Distributors will receive special wholesale pricing based on volume commitments.

Territory

Termination
KURU Nature reserves the right to terminate the distributor agreement if any of the agreed terms are violated, including but not limited to failure to meet purchase commitments, brand misuse, or unethical business practices.
